Tenant Find
We find a tenant and arrange the tenancy agreement, leaving you to manage the day-to-day operations of your property.

Tenant Find Only – 10% of annual rent.

- Gas Safety Certificate (GSC) – Up to £150
- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) – £150-£500
- Portable Appliance Testing (per item) – quote on request.
