Tenant Find 

We find a tenant and arrange the tenancy agreement, leaving you to manage the day-to-day operations of your property.

What's included:

  • Marketing, advertising and accompanied viewings.
  • Vetting and Referencing of Tenants including Right to Rent
  • Preparation and signing of Tenancy Agreement
  • Deposit registration 

Tenant Find Only – 10% of annual rent.

Fully Managed Service

A comprehensive & hassle-free service. 

What’s included:

  • Marketing, advertising and accompanied viewings.
  • Vetting and Referencing of Tenants including Right to Rent
  • Preparation and signing of Tenancy Agreement
  • Deposit registration
  • Rent collection/ monthly statements
  • Debt Control and Recovery
  • Annual Rent Review
  • Arranging Gas Certificate Renewal
  • Arranging Electrical Certificate renewal
  • Serving of appropriate notices
  • Arrange property maintenance.
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes.
  • Routine property visits

 

Property Management – 12% of monthly rent, payable monthly.

Additional Fees & Charges

All quoted prices are subject to change based on contractor rates. Full cost details will be provided upon request.

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) – £120 
  • Gas Safety Certificate (GSC) – Up to £150 
  • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) – £150-£500 
  • Portable Appliance Testing (per item) – quote on request.
  • Legionella Risk Assessment – quote on request.
